Pennant strengthens its sales team with a new regional sales director on board

Jun 15, 2013 Dubai – Pennant Technologies, a leading provider of software services and products to the leading banks and financial companies across Middle East, announced today the appointment of Rahul Sutawane as Regional Sales Director for the Middle East and North Africa.

In this role, Rahul will be responsible for managing the sales growth across Middle East and North Africa; building new client relationships across Middle East and expanding Pennant’s presence to North Africa region based out of Dubai Office. Bringing over 15 years of software sales experience, predominantly in the Banking and Financial Services Sector, Rahul’s insights into market dynamics and relationships with the local banks will enable Pennant to add new clients and venture into new territories. He has worked with variety of technology companies such as 3i Infotech, Raqmiyat and Newgen. “I am delighted to have Rahul onboard to manage our regional sales activities based out of Dubai. I am Confident that his wealth of experience would strengthen our sales function and quite optimistic about entering into other territories which we have been eyeing for a while now“ says Rama Krishna Raju, CEO of Pennant.

He further added that “We have been planning to strengthen our operations with regional presence and this recruitment is a critical step in this regard. We now have a local presence in Dubai and we are planning to establish small technical support team in Dubai to support our existing clients across the Middle East. In the process of strengthening our marketing activities, we have already setup Business Development team and Marketing Communications Team at our Head office in Hyderabad, India.
