In addition, extensive efforts went into the development of appropriate controls spanning process, technical and physical access in line with industry standards.
Pennant GDC features sophisticated infrastructure comprising with an array of advanced workstations, cutting edge computing and network systems, power packed online servers, smart communications systems, enhanced conference halls, CBT and video learning facilities. Pennant has always equipped with the latest technology components and flexibility to extend our infrastructure quickly if needed.
Our development centre equipped with the latest enterprise class IBM iSeries and IBM x Series servers with Linux and Microsoft operating systems for our development teams. In addition, we have Linux based servers for our intranet based project management system, knowledge management system and other application serving the internal requirements of the organization.
The above infrastructure is supported by high bandwidth Internet connectivity with multiple fallback links along with the latest Tele / Video conferencing equipment to enable seamless collaboration between our teams and client teams.
In addition, various controls have been implemented that includes UPS coverage supported by generator for the entire technological infrastructure to address any power disruptions, surveillance of the GDC with night vision CCTV’s and best in class role based physical security access control system to address physical access issues. A comprehensive information security policy guides the implementation of various technological controls to safeguard technical infrastructure components that include installing antivirus systems across the workstations with real time monitoring, configuring and monitoring firewall to ensure the network security.
