Methodology
Pennant ensures the delivery of the project by adopting "PACT", our phased delivery methodology. "PACT" is an iterative process to ensure the client satisfaction through a shared understanding of deliverable.

The “Plan” stage of the project covers initial contact and understanding the business requirements and scoping the solutions that broadly covers requirements gathering and strategy phase. Pennant and client jointly analyze the project goals inline with the client’s business strategy and meeting the current and future needs through structured meetings, workshops and brainstorming sessions with the business/IT users of the client. In addition, Pennant agrees the appropriate Project Management Governance covering the project monitoring, change management, risk management processes including communication model to ensure the completion of each phase inline with client expectation.

The “Architect” stage of the project is carried out on-site either by on-site representative or may be sent to off-shore with on-site representative’s oversight. In this phase, Pennant would gain complete understanding of the deliverable in terms of user interfaces, application processing, reporting including the connectivity solutions and protocols, integration requirements with the current applications to ensure the deliverable are meeting the stated business requirements and also inline with overall IT architecture of the client. In addition Pennant would offer the domain expertise in the branch banking area to ensure the application architecture ensures required flexibility and scalability.

The “Construct” stage of the project is carried out off-shore upon the finalization and client sign-off of the functional specifications and design specifications. The off-shore team at Pennant’s global development centre develops the application and completes the testing under the oversight of the on-site representative. In addition, Pennant would offer various add-on's addressing the authentication and authorization to ensure the application is truly integrated with minimal administrative hassles without compromising the required levels of security.

The “Transform” stage covers the user acceptance testing, user guide preparation, training, deployment of the application and handover the application to operations team. Implementation team from the off-shore team would be travelled to client’s site and complete all the tasks under the oversight of the on-site representative. In addition, documentation and knowledge transfer including transfer of specifications, design, test, release, guideline documents, user manuals and end user or administrator trainings to ensure the successful transformation at the client’s environment.
