At pennNXT 2026, our annual customer meet, we brought together customers, prospects, and partners for insightful conversations around the theme โ€œBeyond Digital: Building the Intelligent Lending Enterpriseโ€. What stood out was not only the on-stage sessions, but also the rich discussions across decisioning, operations, customer experience, and governance, anchored in the real expectations for next-generation platforms.

Reflecting on those conversations, one belief stood out clearly: the next phase of lending isnโ€™t just about doing digital better, itโ€™s about operating intelligently.
When we started pennNXT in 2024, the intent was simple: create a space of transparency. No black boxes. A place to openly share what weโ€™re building, why weโ€™re building it, and, most importantly, listen to what our customers are experiencing on the ground. Over time, pennNXT has evolved into a forum for learning, for strengthening trust, and for celebrating shared success.
Digital lending helped automate access and workflows. But as many customers shared, todayโ€™s challenges live in the grey areas, exceptions, document-heavy processes, investigations, judgment-heavy decisions, cost-to-serve pressures, and risks that evolve faster than static rules. Going beyond digital means addressing these realities with systems that can adapt, learn, and improve continuously.

I believe financial institutions in this next era will approach AI with clarity and purpose, focusing on building intelligent lending enterprises, where decisions are faster yet explainable, operations are efficient and resilient, and intelligence is embedded across the lifecycle by design.

Our customer success spotlight sessions brought this to life. The loan servicing spotlight highlighted how Pennantโ€™s platform is helping financial institutions solve real-world challenges and manage complexity at scale, with greater agility and confidence. Another spotlight on AI-driven lending impact demonstrated how intelligence is already being applied in real operations, turning data and documents into meaningful signals, guiding next-best actions, and improving decision quality while keeping humans firmly in control.

Together, these conversations reinforced the pennNXT 2026 theme, โ€œBeyond Digital: Building the Intelligent Lending Enterpriseโ€, and its relevance for the next era of lending.

To our customers, partners, and teams: thank you for joining us and for making pennNXT 2026 a truly engaging and insightful experience. The journey beyond digital is well underway, and Iโ€™m excited about what weโ€™re building, together.
